Coral Reef
Open from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, where you dine in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Lavish buffet theme nights and fisherman's catch every Thursday night.
Omani Hut
Taste authentic Omani cuisines, including the live cooking of the Omani Shuaa in traditional Omani majlis by the beach.
Open from Sundays to Fridays from 7:30 p.m. onwards with the live performance of a belly dancer.
Tandoori Bahar
A different taste of Indian cuisines, from North to South, from naan bread to assorted tikkas, everything you want, especially prepared by our Indian Chef.
Daymaniyat Diver's Club
Located beside the Dive Centre’s office, we serve hot and crispy snacks mouth watering fresh juices to wind up after the days’ dive.
Neptune's Bar
Open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, Neptune's Pool Bar offers light and healthy snacks and sandwiches, kiddies menu, refreshing drinks and ice-cream sundaes. Enjoy a Friday lunch in the open air with gentle live entertainment.
Periwinkles Club
Open from 6 p.m. till midnight, Periwinkle's features traditional pub grub, live entertainment and beers from the draft as well as an array of exciting tropical and fancy cocktails.
Beach Bar
Mouth-watering specialties served at our charming outdoor location and cooked on authentic charcoal-burning ovens, this is the ideal venue for intimate dinner get-togethers for smaller groups, facing the beach and listening to the waves. Prior booking necessary.
The Hut Supper Club
Your favourite drinks and cocktails uniquely prepared. Dance and wind up the night away with songs rendered by D’Friends Band.
Room Barbecue
Fancy preparing a barbecue on your own in the privacy of your patio? We provide all the equipment, and you have a choice of 15 meat and seafood items, salads and side dishes. The most intimate dinner experience you ever dreamed of!
Business Services
Our indoor facilities are suited to accommodate special events from 15 to 140 persons, while we can cater for up to 600 guests on our spacious lawns and gardens.
Through our Executive Office, we offer Secretarial Assistance, Translations and Public Relations services for the business people on the go.
Dynamite Ballroom
For gatherings on a more intimate, yet formal scale, we offer the Daymaniyat Ballroom.
With 192 square meters of space, the versatile Ballroom can be divided into two individual rooms. It is designed to accommodate up to 140 banquet guests or a reception for up to 200.
Surf Cafe
Located in the lobby of the Resort, adjacent to the reception and gift shop, guests can enjoy surfing the net or send emails, or use the computers for any other office purpose.

Pool Area
Temperature controlled pool with separate Kiddie-pool and an even more comfortable temperature controlled open Jacuzzi surrounded by beautiful lush green landscapes.
Volleyball
Flood-lit volleyball court on our private beach. During “Friday Fun Days” we often organize impromptu games on the pool lawn.
Tennis
Enjoy the challenge of our Kramer-surfaced tennis court, with panoramic garden and sea view, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Use of the court is free, rackets and balls may be rented. Lessons are also available. Please book the court at the dive centre.
Mini Golf Putting Green
Standing on lush greens, this 9 hole, par 36 mini golf putting course is an enjoyable exercise for young and old. The fairway flows over the contours of the perfectly manicured grass. The game is free of charge and clubs can be rented from the souvenir shop at the lobby.
Squash
We have two air conditioned courts located inside the Health Club. While the use is free of charge, the rackets may be rented from the pool attendants. The courts are open from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m.
Health Club
Our Health Club features a complete multimex weight station, a set of dumbbells and 5 cardiovascular workout machines. The Health Club is open from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m.
Sawadi Tower
If you are searching for the ultimate event venue, the top of Al Sawadi Island is the answer! A dinner or party place under the sign of the Sawadi Tower for up to 150 persons, overlooking the coast of Barka, with comfort rooms and even with its own helipad!
Massage
Relaxation comes in the form of original Ayurvedic herbal oil massage. Pamper yourself with this rejuvenating therapy. Half an hour or full hour treatments are offered.
Sauna
After a strenuous exercise, treat yourself to a relaxing sauna bath. Located inside the Health Club, the sauna can be operated between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Please allow 30 minutes for the pool guards to heat it up.
Kid's Playground
This is the activity centre for the little ones, located near the kiddies’ pool so that the watchful eye of Mom or Dad can always guard the little angels.
Quad Bike
Quad Biking has never been this fun on this especially laid-out quad course. Choose from 50 cc for 6-12 years, 80cc for 12-16 years and 150 cc for 16 years and older drivers. The rental period minimum is for 15 minutes.
Mini Football
Our pool lawns are perfect to kick the ball around. Two mini goal posts are fitted to suit a team of 6 players each, while a single player can practice at the trial shoot-out board.
Horse Riding School
Enjoy 'SADDLES', horse-riding stables & school; sunset rides for experience riders or morning lessons for beginners.
Water Sports
If you love the outdoors, then you'll never want to leave Al Sawadi. Check out these activities, all found right where your resort home will be!
Banana Ride
Ride the waves at high speed on a Banana Tube, which is towed by a motor boat. Can seat up to 5 persons.
Tube Ride
Our latest model has two separate moulds for one passenger, each with two handles. They are safe and fun, especially when pulled by its own gravity out from the wake of the boat, picking up an enormous speed.
Kayaks
Feel the gliding water as you row the waves. Make it to the Sawadi Isles and back and you have had a good exercise.
Aqua Bike
Paddle through water on a Giant Bicycle, alone or in double. It is a cardiovascular exercise as good as biking!
Private Beach
Jog, brisk walk or just leisurely stroll on our wide private beach that is almost 800 meters long from fence to fence. Ideal for collecting shells and building sandcastles or just dig your feet in the sand and relax under the warm Oman sun.
Water Skiing
Have fun on Skis, gliding through the water. We have special learning sets for children 5-8 and 9-12 years old and a learning video that is shown before the first attempt which relaxes the junior champions and makes the first steps much, much easier.
Jet Ski
Feel the power of wind and water, the ultimate experience of cruising the waves. Jet ski is available as regular 2 skis or as competition jet ski for one person, which requires previous experience.
Peddle Boat
Enjoy quietly peddling over the calm waters at Al Sawadi beach and overlooking the Tower.
Boat Excursions
Visit or circle around the beautiful Sawadi Isles just as a family trip or choose to be dropped and picked up at a secluded sandy beach on one of the isles off-shore.
Diving
Oman dive sites are among the best in the Middle East, with the distinction that the Oman sites are almost untouched by the very few divers who know about the fantastic underwater fauna and flora.
Hundreds of different fish species of varying colours and sizes inhabit the reefs at Daymaniyat Islands, a nature reserve paradise to be discovered.
Dive Centre
Recently, our dive centre was completely refurbished and fitted with proper equipment store that holds brand new dive equipment for 20 divers and 15 snorkellers. The new class room holds space for 4 students and has a PADI library of the latest videos and DVDs’.
Padi Courses
We offer the following comprehensive PADI courses:
Bubble Maker, Discover Scuba, Scuba Review, PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Medical First Aid, Oxygen Provider and Dive Master.
PADI Courses are operated and conducted by Daymaniyat Diver´s Club PADI licensed diving instructors.
Dive Sites
Al Sawadi Beach Resort is the closest starting point to the Daymaniyat Islands, the jewels in the crown of diving in Oman.
These tiny islands lie about 15 km off the Batinah Coast and are Oman's only Marine National Nature Reserve. Diving here is spectacular.
There are more rare fish who tend to be larger and more numerous than along mainland shores of the Gulf of Oman and coral reef development is more substantial.
We offer dive excursions to about 17 distinctively different dive sites.
Snorkelling at The Sawadi Isles
The 8 Sawadi Isles are just a few hundred meters off-shore from the Al Sawadi Beach Resort.
We have daily trips to take you to sandy beaches or to Jebel Sawadi for the Sawadi Tower walk.

How to get to the hotel? |

Directions fro Dubai
About 10 km after Hatta you will reach the Omani border. Before approaching the checkpoint look for the secong building at your left, where you can obtain third party insurance for your vehicle.
After crossing the last border checkpoint, set your odometer at zero.At kilometre 22.4, you reach the first roundabout, where you turn right toward Muscat. Driving always straight, you will cross another 12 roundabouts, before you will see at kilometre reading 216 a large yellow-white-blue signboard of Al Sawadi Beach Resort, signalling the exit from the highway. From that intersection it is just another 9km until the resort.

Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
-If cancellation is received 16 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
-If a cancellation is received 15 days or less prior to arrival, then the full amount will apply as a penalty.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
-Children over the age of 12 are considered as adults
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.
Diving Rates
Per Pax = OMR 26.00 includes permit, two dives with tanks, weights and snacks on board.

Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
