Club Safari
The dazzling three-level venue is a true mix of high-tech entertainment and ethnic African design. The club seats 450 guests and houses a games room, as well as a pub and a rooftop grill house.
The three levels of Club Safari have been named after famous nature reserves in Africa. The Habana Caf&eactute; games room is located on the ground floor and features two large pool tables and cosy seating areas. Strategically placed television sets enable guests to keep up with major sporting events. Cigar aficionados can choose from a wide selection of top quality Habana cigars while seated in a secluded and comfortable Cigar Room.
The middle level of Club Safari is known as the 'Safari Pub'. This is where the exciting rhythms from the resident band can be heard and seen from Sunday through to Friday evenings from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am. The buzzing scene is highlighted by a backdrop of African prints and artefacts. The bar serves an array of wild cocktails, including its own trendy and exciting signature drink, the 'Fishbowl' . Marjan
Beachfront restaurant and bar for exciting Asian dishes.The restaurant and bar is located in the gardens of the interior courtyard of the hotel, right on the beach front, looking out onto the Gulf of Oman. The sunset with its beautiful purple sky adds a fantastic atmosphere to your dinner.
Sirj Tea Lounge

Driving Directions from the Airport to the Hotel
- At the airport exit, turn left (direction Muscat) to
roundabout.
- At the roundabout, take Sultan Qaboos Street
to the Al Khuwair roundabout
- At the roundabout, turn left under the
flyover
- After 500 metres there is another
roundabout.

Cancellation Policy
-If cancellation is received 16 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
-If a cancellation is received 15 days or less prior to arrival, then the full amount will apply as a penalty.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
-Children over the age of 12 are considered as adults
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults
New Year Gala Dinner

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
